All services are on a fee base. When the fees are paid in full for the services the licensing and work, i.e. equipment, software and architect design and OS is turned over to the client.

All licensing services performed by BTA and or John Francis Baxter Jr.Founder and Kulen Suntharalingam will be marked Licensor on patent,Software,opperating systems and digital networks and assigned to client after paid in full.

All Licensing services not paid in full become the property of BTA and are subject to re-license in the same Marked region.
